摘要

为了提高电能质量综合评估的客观性、科学性,文中提出利用改进的层次分析法(主观赋权法)与熵权法(客观赋权法)相结合来确定电能质量综合评估中各指标的权重值,克服了单一赋权法的缺点,使权重的确定更为合理。在此基础上,利用概率论与模糊数学相结合的方法对电能质量进行综合评估。实例分析表明:该评估方法得出的评估结果更加客观、完善,更符合实际。

Power Quality Comprehensive Evaluation Combining Subjective Weight With Objective Weight

Abstract:

To improve the objectivity and rationality of power quality comprehensive evaluation, it is proposed to decide the weights of indices in power quality comprehensive evaluation by improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP), namely the subjective weight determining, and entropy weight method, namely the objective weight determining, therefore the defect of single weight determining is remedied and the decision of weights becomes more reasonable. On this basis, by use the combination of probability theory with fuzzy mathematics, the comprehensive evaluation of power quality is performed. Case analysis shows that the evaluation results by the proposed method are more rational and perfective, and conforms to reality.
