| 摘要:
对新农村低压配电网进行了系统、科学的分析与评估,基于层次分析法建立了新农村低压配电网的综合评估体系。根据概率分布确定了单项指标的评分标准,采用0-10标度法确定了单项指标的综合权重,实现了专家经验和定量、定性的评估结果的结合。新农村低压配电网的实际案例分析结果表明了该方法的实用性和有效性,对近期低压配电网规划具有理论和实际指导意义。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Abstract:
It is very necessary for rural distribution network planning to analyze and evaluate new rural low voltage distributions in China systemically and scientifically, and a comprehensive evaluation indices system of new rural low-voltage distribution networks based on analytic hierarchy process is established. According to probability distribution, the marking criterion for single item is determined, and by means of 0-10 scaling method the comprehensive weight of the index for single item is determined, thus the combination of expert experience with quantitative and qualitative evaluation results are realized. Practical case analysis results show that the proposed method possesses practicable and effective significance and plays directive role which is theoretic and practical for rural low voltage distribution network planning in the near future. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
