摘要：
分析了交流输电线路对输油输气管道电磁影响涉及的主要问题，总结分析了国内外相关标准，提出了限制交流输电线路对输油输气管道电磁影响的建议，包括：交流输电线路正常运行时和接地故障时的人体安全电压限值、交流输电线路发生接地故障时的管道安全电压限值、管道阴极保护设备正常工作时的电压限值和管道泄漏电流密度限值。 |

Abstract:
The principal problems concerning electromagnetic influences of AC transmission lines on oil/gas pipelines are studied in the paper; relevant standards home and abroad are summarized and analyzed; and the limit values of electromagnetic influences of AC transmission lines on oil/gas pipelines are suggested, including the limit values of safe voltage for human body under normal operation of AC transmission line and under the condition of earth fault, the limit value of safe voltage for pipeline under the condition of earth fault, the limit value of AC interference voltage on the pipeline cathodic protection device, and limit value of leakage current of pipelines. |
