| 摘要:
针对目前配电网综合电气节能技术单一,尚无系列化关键技术,节能设备存在固有缺陷等问题,文章提出了高压配电网高品质节能的无功动态补偿与谐波治理混合系统、低压配电网低成本高效节能的混合型无功补偿器、全局优化节能的实时无功优化调度系统,并研发了相应的节能设备。在深入分析上述系统拓扑结构的基础上,提出了相应的控制方法。仿真及现场应用效果表明,这些节能技术可有效解决目前配电网电气节能存在的问题,可保障配电网的安全稳定运行,并大幅减少高压配电网的电能损耗。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Research on Key Technologies for Comprehensive Energy Conservation in Distribution Network | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Abstract:
Due to the drawbacks of existing energy conservation technologies for distribution network such as insufficiency of their performances, lack of serialized key technologies and inherent defects of energy conservation devices, in this paper a hybrid high quality energy conservaton system of dynamic reactive power compensation and harmonic suppression for HV distribution network, a hybrid low-cost high-efficiency and energy-saving reactive power compensator for LV distribution network and an optimal real-time reactive power dispatching system for global optmimization and energy consevation are proposed and corresponding energy conservation devices are developed. On the basis of analyzing topological structures of the proposed systems and compensator in depth, corresponding control approaches are put forward. Simulation results and on-site application show that the proposed energy conservation technologies can solve problems of existing energy conservation technologies for distribution networks effectively to ensure secure and stable operation of distribution networks and can reduce energy losses in HV distribution networks obviously. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
