| 摘要:
针对电磁环网问题,提出了一种基于效益风险函数的电磁环网风险评估与控制方法。该方法以风险理论与效益函数理论为基础,首先对电磁环网的安全性进行风险评估,通过风险计算获得电磁环网的静态风险、暂态风险以及系统总的风险,考虑了采取安全稳定控制措施前后系统各种风险的变化情况;然后计算了电磁环网以及安全稳定装置产生的经济效益,在获得电磁环网风险值与效益值的基础上计算了效益风险函数值,分析了电磁环网在不同运行状态下系统的收益与风险的取舍问题,为系统运行人员合理决策提供了有力支持。实际大区电网的应用结果表明了该方法的可行性。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Abstract:
A new risk assessment and control method based on risk theory and risk benefit function for electromagnetically coupled power loop is proposed. On the basis of risk theory and benefit function, firstly the security of power grid containing electromagnetically coupled power loop is assessed. The static risk and transient risk of electromagnetically coupled power loop as well as the risk of whole power grid are obtained by risk calculation while the variation of system risks are considered before and after security and stability control measures are adopted; the economic benefits that electromagnetically coupled power loop and security and stability measures could bring about are calculated, on the basis of obtained risk and benefit values of electromagnetically coupled power loop the values of risk benefit function are calculated, and the acceptance and rejection of benefit and risk of power grid under different operating modes are analyzed to offer support for reasonable decision-making of dispatchers. Application results of the proposed method in large-area power grid show that the proposed method is feasible. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
