| 摘要:
简要介绍了智能电网的内涵和国内外发展现状,结合我国实际情况,阐述了建设智能电网的重要意义和重点,提出了坚强智能电网的多因子综合评估指标体系初步框架,该体系包括智能电网规模发展水平、智能电网技术支撑能力和智能电网发展效果3方面一级指标,各一级指标还包括细化的二级指标和三级指标。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Abstract:
The intension of smart grid and its present development situation home and abroad are briefly described. Based on domestic actual condition, the significance and the key points of constructing smart grids in China are expounded. A preliminary framework of comprehensive multi-factor assessment index system for strong smart grid is proposed. This assessment system contains three first grade indices, i.e., the scale and development level of smart grid, the technical supporting ability for smart grid and development impact of smart grid; meanwhile, ecah first grade index includes refined second grade indices and third grade indices. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
