| 摘要:
针对特高压交流试验示范工程调试试验和调度运行的需求,开发了特高压调度运行支持系统。该系统集成了能量管理系统(energy management system,EMS)、广域相量测量系统(wide area measurement system,WAMS)以及跨区电网动态稳定监测与预警(dynamic stability analysis,DSA)系统,充分利用了可视化、遥视、智能报警等技术,实现了信息和应用的综合,从传统的监视、分析和控制,延伸到广域保护和安全协调防御,实现了静态、动态、暂态三位一体的信息处理与分析。该系统为特高压的调度运行提供了方便、可靠的技术支持,具有较高的科学性和实用性。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Abstract:
To meet the demand of engineering commissioning and dispatching operation of UHVAC demonstration project in China, a UHVAC dispatching operation support system is developed. In order to fully utilize such technologies as visualization, remote video monitoring and intelligent alarm, the information and applications of energy management system (EMS), wide area measurement system (WAMS) and cross-area power grid dynamic stability analysis (DSA) and early warning system are integrated in the proposed support system, in doing so the integration of information and application are implemented; meanwhile traditional monitoring, analysis and control of power grid are extended to wide area protection and coordinated security defense, thus a synthetic information processing and analysis for steady, dynamic and transient states is realized. The proposed support system is applicable and provides convenient and reliable technical supporting for dispatching operation of UHVAC power grids. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
