| 摘要:
能效电厂作为一种新型的需求侧资源具有规模大、易操作等特点,在综合资源规划中更能体现需求侧资源的作用。文中在现有研究成果的基础上进行了拓展,并提出了将能效电厂与供应侧资源同等纳入电源规划的混合整数规划模型。利用该模型可以计算出满足一系列约束条件的规划期装机顺序和各时段的机组出力以及优化方案的装机容量、固定成本、运行成本和污染物排放量等指标。最后通过算例验证了该模型的有效性。与传统优化方案相比,考虑能效电厂的优化方案具有更好的经济性和环境效益。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Abstract:
Efficiency power plant (EPP) is a new demand side resource, which possesses such features as large-scale and convenient to operate, and can better incarnate the action of resources in demand side during integrated resource planning. In this paper, the existing research results in this field are expanded and a hybrid integer programming model, in which the EPP and resources at supply side are comparably brought into generation expansion planning, is proposed. Using the proposed model, the generator installation sequence during planning period that can satisfy a series of constraints, and unit output in various time intervals as well as such indices as installed capacity, fixed costs, operation costs and pollutant discharge amount of optimization scheme can be calculated. Case study results show that the proposed model is effective. The planning scheme considering EPP possesses better economy and environmental benefit than traditional planning schemes. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
