| 摘要:
电压暂降的经济管理是当前电能质量投资和需求侧管理工作中亟待解决的问题。提出了基于交互式逼近理想解的排序法(technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution,TOPSIS)的电压暂降投资最优分配策略。该策略在定义负荷点的电压暂降敏感度指标的基础上,综合考虑了不同类型的电压暂降治理技术水平的差异。交互式TOPSIS方法的运用能够有效地提取负荷点的优势信息,避免了决策过程中的主观性和盲目性,使电压暂降投资的分配结果更加合理。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Abstract:
At present, the economic management of voltage sag is a problem to be urgently solved in the investment for power quality and demand side management (DMS). In this paper, an optimal allocation strategy, which is based on interactive technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS), for the investment to mitigate voltage sag is proposed. On the basis of defining the voltage sag sensitivity indices of voltage sag at load points, in the proposed investment allocation strategy the technical level differences among different voltage sag management technologies are comprehensive considered. Utilizing interactive TOPSIS, the prepotent information of load points can be effectively extracted, thus the subjectivity and blindness during the decision-making process can be avoided, and then the allocation of the investment to mitigate voltage sag could be allocated more reasonably. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
