实时动态安全评估中在线和离线仿真互访过程研究

摘要

实时动态评估利用电力系统实际运行数据与网络模型参数,对电力系统潮流、电力系统稳定性、短路电流、输电极限等进行跟踪分析,并评价系统的暂态、动态稳定性。离线仿真针对同类问题开展研究,但在机组出力、负荷分配等方面多选择典型方式设置。模型参数因管理部门的不同,也存在一定的差异。以华北电网实时动态(暂态)预警系统为例,探讨在线和离线相互访问过程中的动态系统数据的截取、修改,离线数据上传、演算、结果回收等内容。针对这些问题提出相应解决方法并应用于工程实践,实现了动态预警在线和离线相互间的访问。

Abstract:

Utilizing actual operational data and network model parameters of power system, the real-time dynamic security assessment traces and analyzes power flow, stability, short-circuit current and transmission limit of power system, and evaluates transient and dynamic stability of power system. Offline simulation researches congeneric problems, however, in respect of unit output and load distribution typical operation modes are utilized. Due to the differences among administration sections, which utilize model parameters, there are a certain differences among model parameters for them. It is very valuable and necessary for offline simulation to perform data exchange with real-time dynamic simulation. Taking real-time dynamic (transient) security analysis and early warning system of North China Power Grid for example, in this paper the key problems in interception and modification of dynamic system data as well as in uploading, calculus and result restoring of offline data during the inter-access between online and offline simulation are researched, and corresponding solutions for these problems are given and applied in engineering project, thus the inter-access and data exchange between real-time dynamic security assessment system and offline simulation system are implemented.
